Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas only on the concourse.

Please do NOT sit on any seat with a reserved seat nameplate on it.

For 2024 season kids 15 and under are FREE. No ticket required for gate entry (unless otherwise stated.)

Tickets are available for purchase at the box office the day of but are more than if purchased online in advance.

Tickets can be purchased at the Berlin Raceway office Tuesday - Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM (please call in advance to make sure someone is there to assist you)

Ticket holder is not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket or to payment for any damages of any kind for any reason, including without limitation the cancellation, shortening or any other alteration of the event.

RAIN POLICY
The holder of this ticket is not entitled to a refund, replacement ticket, or to pay for any damages of any kind for any reason, including without limitation the cancellation, shortening, or other alteration of the event. Berlin Raceway may without prior notice, change the date and or time of the event or cancel it and no such change shall entitle holder to refund of the purchase price provided. The holder is given the right within the current racing season, to attend a rescheduled performance of the designated by Berlin Raceway. Tickets are purchased at risk in case of inclement weather. Start time and schedule of the event is subject to change without notice.
IMPORTANT
The holder of this ticket assumes all risks incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual conduct of this event, including, but not limited to, the danger of being injured by objects or by others in attendance, and agrees that management is not liable for injuries, expenses, claims or liabilities, resulting from or related to such causes. The holder grants permission to reproduce his/her likeness. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce or recreate the event are reserved by Berlin Raceway. The bearer of this ticket agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe upon Berlin Raceway's rights.
