Thursday August 3

Gates open at noon 

 

All tickets MUST be presented and scanned prior to entrance 

AS A REMINDER: a race ticket will only scan one time. Individuals attempting to scan an event ticket a second time will be denied entrance. 

Race fans electing to “come and go” through the gate, throughout the day, will receive a wristband for re-entry.  The wristband and proof of ticket purchase must be shown at the entry location prior to re-entry. No exceptions 

Food and beverage will be available beginning at noon.

ENTRY POINT - ENTRY BARN

The main Berlin Raceway ticket office will be closed on both August 2nd, and August 3rd. 

 

  • Entry point: Entry into the venue will be through the large barn that is identified as the venue entrance. This is the only entrance point into the facility. 

  • Exit point: Should you elect to come and go throughout the event day and evening, guests will be asked to exit through the traditional main gate located between the North Concession and the Ticket Office.  

  • Pit access/Fan Zone: A sign in location for those with fan zone access will be clearly identified within the entrance barn.

SECURITY

  • Your safety is our top priority.  Berlin Raceway will be employing a substantial number of security individuals that will be assisted by multiple members of local law enforcement.

  • The security team will assist in, but not limited, the following: 

  • Your personal safety 

  • Parking assistance

  • Main entrance assistance 

  • Seating assistance - to ensure proper seating selection. 

  • Medical assistance as necessary

TICKETING INFORMATION

All tickets will be sent via email at the time of purchase.  Email will be delivered to you from “noreply@gatemastertickets.com”. Tickets may be presented at the gate either from your phone or as a printed copy. If using a printed copy, ensure it is the actual ticket with barcode and not the email receipt. 

  • We can not stress this enough - tickets will scan one time only. If a ticket has been transferred, duplicated, shared or otherwise replicated, it will scan once, meaning that scanning the barcode twice will result in fraud and no entry. Please do not get scammed or share your ticket with anyone. 

  • If you are not able to access your ticket for any reason, contact the Berlin Raceway office Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET

ONE general admission ticket is good for ONE seat in the grandstands. With your general admission ticket, seating will be available on a first come basis. Blankets, seat cushions, or seat backs, will be allowed to hold your seat in the general admission grandstand area.  We will require that your held seat occupies only the seat that you are using.  Members of our security team will be monitoring the GA seating area to ensure compliance with our GA policy. Thank you in advance. 

  • Seat backs may not extend past the row that it occupies. No exceptions.

PREFERRED TICKET

ONE preferred admission ticket is good for ONE seat in the preferred section of the main grandstands (rows 20 through 29). With your preferred admission ticket, seating will be available on a first come basis. Blankets, seat cushions, or seat backs, will be allowed to hold your seat in the preferred admission grandstand area.  We will require that your held seat occupy only the seat that you are using.  Members of our security team will be monitoring the preferred seating area to ensure compliance with our preferred seating policy. Thank you in advance. 

  • Seat backs may not extend past the row that it occupies. No exceptions.

Seating Note 

Berlin Raceway season ticket members have reserved seats throughout the grandstands. These seats are marked by a plaque on the seat, and are reserved exclusively for the season ticket holder. These seats are off limits to the general public.

HOLDING SEATS

ANY seats reserved prior to Thursday, August 3rd, WILL BE REMOVED and disposed of. You are welcome to “hold your seat” in the grandstands beginning at noon on Thursday, August 3rd.

PIT AREA/FAN ZONE

Berlin Raceway, in conjunction with SRX, is releasing a limited number of Fan Zone tickets for the August 3rd, SRX event at the Berlin Raceway. 

Fan Zone tickets are $75 each and can be purchased online (only) at www.berlinraceway.com/srx-tickets

The Fan Zone is located in the pit area only. This area is a fenced in location where you are free to walk, providing access to the back stretch, along with turns 3 and 4. This area will also get you up close to the SRX garage area. Two smaller grandstands will be added to this area providing limited seating.  You will have access to restrooms, food and beverage. 

 

A FAN ZONE ticket DOES NOT include access to the main grandstand or concourse area.  This is a pit access pass only.  

 

Fan Zone access will be through the turn two crossover gate.

  • There will be a specific spectator area clearly identified within the Fan Zone.

  • The SRX “garage area”and the Limited Late Model area are secured areas and are not accessible for race fans. The Fan Zone will provide a clear view and be in close proximity to the SRX “garage area.”

  • All race fans are required to stay within the fenced in area of the Fan Zone throughout the event. 

  • No food or beverage will be permitted to be carried into the facility. 

  • All race fans are asked to conduct themselves in an appropriate fashion. Any race fan that is deemed inappropriate in any way, will be escorted off the premises and will not be allowed to return.  

  • NOTE: access to drivers will be 100% at the discretion of the drivers. Berlin Raceway makes no promise of an appearance, autograph, etc. from any individual associated with the SuperStar Racing Experience.

CAMPING

Camping is sold out. 

Rules:

  • Camping permits must be visible on the driver's side of windshield or highly visible location at ALL times. 

  • Please leave only enough room for awning between yourself and other campers, as space is limited

  • Campgrounds quiet time begins at 11 p.m

  • No uncontained fires. Contained charcoal and gas grills are permitted

  • Illegal drugs, explosives, fireworks, firearms, potato launchers, sling shots, and guns of any type are prohibited

  • Dispose of all trash

  • Pets are welcome, but must be kept on a leash when out of the RV. If the pet becomes a problem, the owner will be asked to leave the pet in the RV or to leave the premises. Please pick up after your pet

  • Berlin Raceway assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of others property

WEATHER POLICY

Every effort will be made to ensure the race is completed as scheduled. In the event of postponement due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, the event will be rescheduled under the guidance of SRX and ESPN. A rain date is currently secured for Friday, August 4th (subject to change.) No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.
