Looking for a group outing out of the ordinary? Why not try the races? It's fun for all ages. Groups get the best seats right on top of the action! For an affordable, fun-filled outing...there is nothing else like it!

Berlin Raceway offers groups of any size - from 10 to 5,000 - a chance to relax and socialize while being entertained by a night of local racing. Our staff will help you plan your event, take care of all the details, and make sure everyone - including you - enjoys your outing!

Here's what makes your outing at Berlin Raceway extra special:

• Your group will be seated together in special reserved grandstand seating
• Listen for the cheers as your group's name is announced over our PA system
• Souvenir discount coupons are provided for all group members
• Kids and adults stay close to the racing action with a free interactive race game
• Bring a vehicle and choose someone to represent your group by driving in the pre-race parade lap
• Ask about our special events nights!

Ticket Price: $10 per ticket for groups of 10 or more (prices vary for specialty races), children 6-12 are half price, 5 & under are free.

Enjoy your birthday at the races! A birthday party package comes with:

• 10 reserved seat tickets
• 10 checkered flags
• Personalized birthday cake
• Chance for the birthday person to say, "Drivers, Start Your Engines!" on the track before a race

If you would like hospitality for your guests, we have areas at the track for both pre-race and in-race parties. Choose from our lawn area with a park-like atmosphere; one of our two barn pavilions; our newest area, the Turn 1 Chalet; or reserve one of our decks, the Miller Lite Party Deck or the Wolverine Building Group Deck, located in prime viewing locations. We serve a wide range of menu options to please all ages!

Meal Plans: Range from $10.25 to $14.00 for adults and $6.00 to $7.75 for children 6-12 (Groups of 20 or more).

Chalet Rentals: Includes 50 or 100 tickets depending on half or whole rental. Rentals start at $600 and a meal plan purchase is required. The Turn 1 Chalet is located in turn 1 and includes your own private grandstands with tented barbeque area directly behind the grandstands.

Deck Rentals: Includes 100 tickets. Rentals start at $1,300 and a meal plan purchase is required. Two decks are available: the Miller Lite Party Deck in Turn 1 and the Wolverine Building Group Deck near Turn 2.

In the event of a rainout the options for you and your group are as follows:

• The group leader can collect the ticket stubs from group members and exchange them for a group outing at another race of equal value during the 2007 season. Berlin Raceway will only issue tickets for stubs returned, not for the total number of tickets purchased by your group. Please remember exchanges are based on availability.
• The members of the group can exchange their tickets individually at the Berlin box office for another race of equal value during the 2007 season. Again exchanges are based on availability. (This option is not available for deck or chalet tickets.)
• Rain exchange tickets may be upgraded to a specialty race by paying the difference in ticket price.
