Miller Lite Party Deck

Make your company stand out!  The Miller Lite Party Deck is the ultimate hospitality area for your guests to indulge in an all-you-can-eat meal and enjoy action packed racing.  Rentals start at $1,100 (which includes 100 tickets) and a meal plan purchase is required.  The Miller Lite Party Deck is located in Turn 1.

  • Barbeques run one and a half hours long. Start time is flexible but we recommend starting no later than 6 p.m. Please coordinate serving time with your ticket sales consultant.
  • "The Final Lap" barbeque runs from 6 to 10 p.m.
  • A guarantee number is required one week prior to your race date. You will be charged for your guarantee number or the number of passes used, whichever is greater.

Menu Options

The following meal options are available for barbeques in the private party areas:

1) Full Throttle Package All you can eat! Hot dogs, hamburgers, and bratwurst. Also includes potato salad, chips, cookies, and soft drinks. Time Frame: 1 hour 30 minutes. Cost: $10.75 per person (plus tax); Children 6-12 yrs old: $6.50 (plus tax). With ice cream novelties: $12.75 adult/$8.50 child (plus tax).

2) The Main Event Package All you can eat! Pulled pork sandwiches with your choice of 3 sauces, BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and hamburgers. Also includes potato salad, baked beans, cookies, and soft drinks. Time Frame: 1 hour 30 minutes. Cost: $12.75 per person (plus tax); Children 6-12 yrs old: $7.50 (plus tax).  With ice cream novelties: $14.75 adult/$9.50 child (plus tax).

3) Checkered Flag Package All you can eat! Barbequed chicken breasts, sloppy joes, hot dogs, and hamburgers. Also includes potato salad, baked beans, cookies, and soft drinks. Time Frame: 1 hour 30 minutes. Cost: $12.75 per person (plus tax); Children 6-12 yrs old: $7.50 (plus tax).  With ice cream novelties: $14.75 adult/$9.50 child (plus tax).

4) The Final Lap Package All you can eat for FOUR hours! Hot dogs, hamburgers, and bratwurst. Also includes potato salad, baked beans, chips, popcorn, cookies, and soft drinks. Time Frame: 6:00-10:00 p.m. Cost: $14.00 per person (plus tax); Children 6-12 yrs old: $7.75 (plus tax). With ice cream novelties: $16.00 adult/$9.75 child (plus tax).   *Only available on private party decks and Chalet.

Alcohol Options

1) Run a tab for alcohol
2) Drink coupons for alcohol - $2.75 per coupon (valid for one 16 oz. beer or a malted beverage)

* Please check with your ticket sales consultant for brand availability.
* Must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol.
* All alcohol sales end 10 minutes after Last Call.


Menu pricing does not include cost of race ticket.

General Information

  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required upon reservation. This deposit will be applied to your meal cost.
  • Add 6% sales tax to your total bill.
  • Barbeque prices do not include the price of the race ticket.
  • Please inform us of your meal plan choice and start time at least 10 days prior to your date.
  • No menu substitutions (ask about vegetarian options).
  • Custom meal options available upon request.
  • Berlin Raceway will provide barbeque passes with your race tickets. Passes are necessary for admittance into your reserved area.
  • Berlin Raceway prefers payment by check or credit card on or before the day of your event.
  • Alcohol may not be brought into any of the private party areas or grandstands; however, coolers with non-alcoholic beverages are welcome (no glass bottles; max. cooler size 18" x 18"). Alcohol is available for purchase in all private party areas as well as behind the grandstands.
  • Rainout policy: If the race is officially cancelled prior to your scheduled meal time, a Berlin Raceway representative will call to inform you. If the race is cancelled after your scheduled meal time, you will be charged only for the number of people in your group who have eaten. In either case, Berlin Raceway will make every effort to reschedule your party. We will post any "Rain Outs" on the radio ( WLAW 92.5 FM ) , on our website (www.berlinraceway.com), and on our phone greeting (616-726-7373).
