Comerica Bank "Take The Challenge" Official Rules

1. This contest is conducted by Berlin Raceway (Berlin) each scheduled race night during the 25 weeks of the Berlin 2008 season and is sponsored by Comerica Bank (Comerica).

2. To be eligible to win, you must be at least 18 years of age and a United States citizen. Comerica will require satisfactory proof of eligibility and winner's social security number before awarding a prize of $600 or more.

3. Employees of Berlin and Comerica Incorporated and their affiliated and subsidiary companies and members of their immediate families, are not eligible.

4. All entries must be made at Berlin Raceway on an official entry form or online. Completed entries for each week must be dropped off before the start of the first feature race to Berlin Raceway's CARSTAR Customer Service Center or submitted online before 7 p.m. Eastern Standard Time two (2) days before race day at www.berlinraceway.com. Limit one entry per person.

5. Entrants will be asked to pick the winning drivers of up to five (5) feature races designated by Berlin each race day.Ý The entrant who successfully picks the most winners of the feature races will win $100. If two or more entrants are tied with the most correct pics, those names will be entered into a drawing to select one prize winner for that race day. Each drawing will take place at Berlin Raceway's start/finish line and may be viewed by all those in attendance.Ý If no one correctly selects the winner of any of the feature races on any single race day, the $100 prize, along with any other unpaid prizes, will roll over to the following race day.Ý Winners must claim their prize money by October 20, 2008. Any unclaimed money will be donated to St. Johns Home.Ý

6. Berlin and Comerica will not be responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches, late, lost, stolen, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries. Entries are void if altered, tampered with or not received through legitimate channels.

7. The results for each drawing will be published on the Berlin website. Up to 25 prizes can be awarded. Winner need not be present to win and will be notified by telephone within three (3) business days following the drawing. A list of prize winners may be requested by writing to Comerica Bank, Pat Woodhull, 99 Monroe Avenue, NW, Suite 1000, Grand Rapids, MI 49503.

8. The odds of winning any particular drawing depend on the number of qualified entrants. The winnings must be picked up at a Comerica Banking Center in Grand Rapids, Holland or Muskegon. Winner will be contacted to coordinate this process.

9. All entries are subject to these Official Rules. Decisions made by Berlin and Comerica are final and binding.

10. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The contest is open to the general public. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

11. Winners agree to participate in any publicity that Berlin or Comerica may reasonably request without charging for their services.

12. Comerica reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
