NASCAR Superstar Kyle Busch to compete at Berlin Raceway Wednesday June 10

Marne, Michigan – Berlin Raceway is excited to make its biggest announcement yet, under the new ownership of Michael Blackmer as the track heads into its 59th consecutive year of operation.

Kyle ‘Rowdy’ Busch will return to the Marne short track on Wednesday, June 10, to race in a new event announced by the raceway. The ‘Rowdy Busch 125 presented by Auto Body Xperts CARSTAR’ will host template bodied late models from across the Midwest! Joining the template cars with be the Coors Light Outlaw Late Models.

“Berlin Raceway is pleased to have Kyle coming up to race this summer! This is a huge event that we have been working hard on, and the race fans are in for one awesome show! Auto Body Xperts CARSTAR is stepping up to help support this event too, and that’s huge.” stated track owner Michael Blackmer.

Kyle Busch, who is arguably the hottest driver on the NASCAR circuit, will make his third visit to the Marne short track. Busch has compiled 21 combined NASCAR wins in 2008 and two victories already this year at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and Bristol Motor Speedway; he currently stands seventh in Sprint Cup points.

Tickets are $20 for adult general admission, $5 for kids 6 to 12 and free for kids 5 and under. Pit passes for those 14 and over are $30. The gates open at noon and the first race begins at 7 p.m.
